I can’t manage households
If I try to manage households my game infinitely loads after I’ve created the new sim and hit the check, I don’t know why. Other than that it’s fine. I’ve deleted my mods. I’ve reinstalled sims 4 properly. Repaired the game changed graphics. I’m on the newest Mac Pro with 5Mchip. I have cats and dogs, cottage living, island living, city living. My game keeps on not saving... I have created new sims house etc, played, created a new game and made new sims and house etc, go to play and the first one is not saved nor can be recovered. I have un-instilled all mods and append re-downloaded it and the issues is still happening, any idea? its been a few weeks and still happening
One sim crashes everyone else
A week ago my game started to bug - all the sims would freeze, the game wouldn't pause and the time would sometimes go backwards. After many hour I have realized it only happens when one particular sim is around. I have tried resetting, deleting his inventory, changing his clothes and make up, but nothing helps. What do I do? I can't delete him because he is crucial to the story. How to deal with this bug? I have done all the first aid troubleshooting available here and even deleted cache but nothing helped. The game is unplayaple.
Missing Sims 4 Packs After Switching from Windows to Mac
Hello, I'm reaching out because I'm having an issue accessing my Sims 4 expansion packs after switching from Windows to Mac. I'm logged into the same EA account that I originally used to purchase all of my Sims 4 content, but many of the packs I paid for are no longer available on my Mac. I've invested a significant amount of money into these packs, so it's very frustrating to lose access to content that I already own. I've confirmed that I'm using the correct account, but the packs still aren't showing up or are unavailable to download.
