@SoyokoAnis Windows is fully updated as are the drivers. Along with checking drivers for my router through my internet company as well. As of right now I have fully uninstalled again and am going to test with just the base game to see if the gallery will come up. The next try is going to be using an old computer I have to rule out if it's this computer set up(Which is more than capable of running the sims) or not.

FINALLY got it to work. I had to fully uninstall everything, then reset my windows account and reinstall everything from scratch. I don't know what was actually wrong but so far it's working.
- CloeGreen5 years agoNew Scout@midnightarrow Why would your Windows account have anything to do with the sims 4 gallery ? I use only a local account, so that wouldn't make a difference for me, but I still don't think it should have anything to do with your sims gallery working.

Gallery still down 06/01/2021 in the UK. Have checked and tried everything advised but still no luck. Has anyone from EA made a comment on this or are they just not bothered as usual?
Kind regards James

My internet is connected and origin is working fine, but I don’t know what’s wrong. Please help me solve my problem!

Have you tried all the suggestions on the first page yet ?- 5 years ago
Still haven't been able to access the gallery. I'm getting pretty ticked off. I contacted EA support and still nothing. I've not had an issue like this in all my years playing the SIMS and I'm losing my damn tempter over it.
Can someone please * help? I'm not the only one having an issue.

I am also having an issue with the gallery. Origin is online and I have no firewall or anything like that on. My library loads. When I go to the gallery and such it tells me to connect and I click connect. 30 seconds later the option to stay offline or connect keeps popping up. I tried backing up my game and turning off all mods, but it's still happening.

Try all the suggestions on the first page. Unfortunately that's all I have to offer to fix this.

Hello,
I read a lot of posts and saw a lot of videos about that topic but it still isn't solved for me.
On my laptop with Windows 10 I am not able to access the galery.
I tried:
1. Ignoring sims 4 in my anti-virus software
2. I checked everything in my firewall about sims 4
3. I tried opening Origin and Sims 4 as an administrator
4. I uninstalled and installed the game with every pack
5. I tried to repair the game in origin
It must be something about my laptop because when I tried opening the galery on the iMac of my father everything was alright.
I hope somebody can help me!! I don't have a bright knowledge about technology and as you might notice English is not my mother tongue. I tried asking on German platforms already but no one could help me :/

Unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions as listed on the first page though

Sims 4 Gallery not working, it continuously says it can't connect to the internet. When my computer is clearly connected to the internet. I have tried many ways to fix it but it won't work. I have two questions. Can someone help me, please? And, you know when you go onto your computer's control panel and see all the things you have on it. Is the snowy escape and paranormal pack supposed to be on there, Because the rest of the packs don't appear to be on there. It just says the Sims 4. I don't know if that really is the issue, but it's pretty confusing. Thank you, Have a nice day.

Hello I've noticed I'm not the only one who's had this problem.
I can't get on the Sims 4 gallery, first it will ask me if I want to connect or stay offline, I click connect and it will fail to connect. After a couple of attempts it will say I have no internet connection.
I know my internet is okay because everything else connects to the internet.
I don't play Sims 4 for months at a time, but I've been able to use the gallery previously.
I've tried what was suggested in FAQs/trouble shooting, call it what you want but have had no success.
I updated origins, Sims 4 and my Windows 10 laptop
I've checked my WiFi/router, it's working fine as all my devices are working fine and browsing internet.
I reset it just in case but that didn't make a difference.
I've checked origins and Sims are set to online mode.
I added Sims 4 and origins to my AVG antivirus so it won't block it.
I have run origins and Sims 4 as administrator.
I've cleared catche in documents>electronic arts>Sims 4
I've tried everything except clearing DNS as it's not working as the step by step guide is telling me.
Any suggestions or help would be great.
Thanks

My gallery hasn't been able to connect for about two months now. I've tried everything that I've seen on foruns and on the internet at this point:
- Repairing Sims 4
- Flush DNS
- Restarting router
- Offline Origin
- Reinstalling Origin
- Moved all my mods off my EA folder
- Add sims 4 to the exclusions of my anti-virus
And it still doesn't connect, I read that if my issue persists I should post here so here I am! Please, I need some help.

Also merged your post with the main thread.
All out of suggestions but maybe someone else finds one that helps everyone. First post is really all I have.

Same here. I've had problems for weeks now, I just can't connect. I tried everything above but nothing helped. Getting really pissed... I mean... I paid for the content, you know?

@HeyThereMilly Contact support. Maybe if enough people contact them they see that something is off.
Connection issues have so many causes though that it's really difficult
