Problem with "Royal Residence" batch trace.
After the "real residence" feature was added to the game, numerous notifications appear in the gameplay, which hinders gameplay, as the sim keeps releasing confetti, for what he is doing and it becomes boring to play. Besides in some cases because it is an expensive house, the needs fall faster, making the yes enraged, which can kill! The question is: I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THAT TRAIT ON MY LOT!!! I went in with another family who had this trait, I TOOK IT OUT and even then the notifications keep appearing and the confetti too.
Can't click on lots in gallery
I don't know if it is just me but Today I finally was able to open my game after losing my forever save.....just to try and browse the gallery for lots but cannot click on any of them to bring up the details of the build!!!! I want to throw my computer pit of any window. I am beyond pissed. I have taken all my mods out (had 20,115 folders!!) in small batches. Please help someone? [CM edit - descriptive title and CAPS]
Bugs with the Gallery and Pack Selection
Hello EA team. I'm contacting you via the forum to report two problems I've been having with my game. The first is that I can't select the three most recently released Expansion Packs, Enchanted by Nature, Adventures Awaits, and Royalty and Legacy, in the Pack Selection section; these three DLCs simply don't appear. The second problem is with the Gallery; I can't save lots I build or edit. A message always appears saying to check my internet connection, but my internet is unstable. Please fix these bugs. My sims eyebrow icons displays and applies double eyebrows, shows grey underwear underneath clothing, my entire library of previous saved sims all turned white, and when creating a new sim I am not allowed to change their skin color at all. I have repaired my game MULTIPLE times, removed mods known to cause issues as well as never adding them back to my folder, and now I have contacted you guys. I was recently playing offline after the under with no issue until this morning. Please help.
Gallery is extremely slow and glitchy
The gallery takes forever to load and it’s even slower if I go to my own public gallery where I share my builds with the community. In my own public gallery, it defaults the order to Most Popular even if it says Newest. PLEEEASE help fix this, it’s ruining my gaming experience.
Gallery Bug
I have issues with uploading stuff to the gallery and I am not sure if its a bug. One of my sims that was generated and named by the game as nobuya i had to change thier name as it said it was a disallowed word and now tags i have been using for ages are also tagged as disallowed, I have attacted screenshot to show
Unable to upload house to gallery
I am unable to upload a house to the gallery. I can upload everything else, but nothing associated with the house. When I try to upload to the gallery it says it was, but does not show in the gallery or anywhere else. I have tried downloading house to a different lot and tried on a different save and it still won't work.Unable to lock doors
Issue: I have a Pet Clinic that I often play with and recently when I re-downloaded it to a new lot I was unable to lock any of the doors and the set employees only. I usually do this with businesses when I create break rooms for employees. My office in the pet clinic also doesn’t lock for my sim only. I tried to send it to where only my sim can enter that room. The option does not pop up. When I click the doors, they don’t pop up. Troubleshoot: I downloaded the lot and re-downloaded it from the gallery. I tried actually changing out all of the doors. I then try to take away a room and add the door that also did not work. Along with rebooting my modem and router for my Internet, along with restarting the game as a whole and deleting it and installing it.
Can't place apartment room
This is a new save, no mods that affect building, no cc furniture, and I tried with both bb.moveobjects/bb.enablefreebuild on an off. There is no household moved in and I've bulldozed it, tried leaving the world, closing and opening the game, repairing the game, deleting the local thumbcache, and making a new save to see if the original is corrupted as well as tried multiple different rooms to see if just that one is bugged and none of these fixed it. For some reason when trying to place a room on 19 Culpepper specifically, it won't allow me to place it at all unless it's like 2 boxes off center towards the balcony even with objects clipping and floating outside the actual lot regardless of cheats on. I have no clue how to fix this or if that apartment is just bugged right now. Any advice?
