Bought Sims 4 expansion pack twice, yet does not appear in library?
I just bought the businesses & hobbies expansion of Sims 4, yet the game is not appearing in my library or in game? I tried to buy it once with one of my cards, and then again with another card, and neither have worked despite having full balances. And I did receive the pop up of the successful purchase on both times. What should I do in this case?? Is this something that's been happening recently frequently or? How can I get a refund for one of those purchases??
I can't access the gallery
So for some reason, I cannot access the gallery. The game starts up fine but when I try to go to the gallery, it says I'm offline and need to connect to the internet (as far as I know, my internet is fine) and when I do try to connect, it just stays connecting for a while; I keep just getting off cause it takes forever and I won't be getting anywhere. I've tried looking on google but nothing I found worked so I don't know what to do anymore.
crashing when I open gallery
Everytime I open the sims 4 either on the main menu or in CAS. the moment I hit household included cc the game will load up my sims then crash within 35 seconds. I deleted everything even restarted my saves and my cc and still didn't make a difference. I basically wasted money because i can't even get the game tp run for me to put my sims in for the new pack.
Can't upload to Gallery PC
Hey, so I have a problem with the gallery. Let me walk you through the steps I took and what the issue is: Build House (No mods or cc) Saved it to my library Selected share to gallery The house is now showing in my showcase but not in the catalog, and it also won't show up when specifically searching for it in the gallery. Try and share another house from my library to the gallery This time, it won't even show up in my showcase at all I have already tried to repair and reset the game with no luck. At this point, I feel like I am using the gallery wrong. I already made a post about this issue yesterday, but it got no response, so I am trying again. I really need a fix for this 🙁
