Are there any relevant issues right now with the gallery? I play on a MAC and haven’t been able to connect to the gallery since last night. Removed my MODS folder to the desktop and also deleted localthumbcache and reloaded the game. It still won’t connect to the gallery. My internet is working just fine. Please help!

All I get is the attempting to connect dialog box and it gets stuck there.

  Same issue here. MacOS Mojave v.10.14.6, latest version of The Sims 4, my internet is working fine... but I can't connect to the gallery in-game.

    Same here! I'm not able to access it for some reason!

I'm not on a MAC but I have had the same problem since last night! It's really annoying because I'm trying to populate my save file right now!

I'm on PC and mine wouldn't connect yesterday at all. Tried the localcache file and everything...Checked my internet. All good but wouldn't connect.

    @crinrict Yes, its not working very well today, 5 Jan 2021 @2340 Window 10.
    Initially takes forever to connect to the Gallery, then less than a minute disconnects. Attempt to connect again and fails.
    Im calling time on this and see what tomorrow brings......🤞🤫
