same, and the ea answers chat bot said there's nothing wrong, and said to reinstall windows for me??????

I go with EA help he try help me but my account still not I have 2 one for me anther for my sister my sister account she is working fine why my account he is not want he give me offline why my games give me offline on Application give me online I feel something bad happens with my account
