I'm having the same problem. Flushed dns, disabled antivirus, but still can't connect.

I have the same problem I tried everything but nothing helps. Gallery just won't connect ☹️ I play on a new windows 10 desktop and I don't have any mods or cc in my game.

@🤭StarratsOo i format my pc and buy new windows 10 cod on this day first time get this problem never get before i have 7 years with the sims everything working fine before i really hope they can fix this soon
