@midnightarrow Why would your Windows account have anything to do with the sims 4 gallery ? I use only a local account, so that wouldn't make a difference for me, but I still don't think it should have anything to do with your sims gallery working.

Gallery still down 06/01/2021 in the UK. Have checked and tried everything advised but still no luck. Has anyone from EA made a comment on this or are they just not bothered as usual?

    @MickRonson some i can't open my gallery with the sims 4 and the The circuit rotates non-stop with the sims 3
