@SoyokoAnis Windows is fully updated as are the drivers. Along with checking drivers for my router through my internet company as well. As of right now I have fully uninstalled again and am going to test with just the base game to see if the gallery will come up. The next try is going to be using an old computer I have to rule out if it's this computer set up(Which is more than capable of running the sims) or not.
Hello I've noticed I'm not the only one who's had this problem.
I can't get on the Sims 4 gallery, first it will ask me if I want to connect or stay offline, I click connect and it will fail to connect. After a couple of attempts it will say I have no internet connection.
I know my internet is okay because everything else connects to the internet.
I don't play Sims 4 for months at a time, but I've been able to use the gallery previously.
I've tried what was suggested in FAQs/trouble shooting, call it what you want but have had no success.
I updated origins, Sims 4 and my Windows 10 laptop
I've checked my WiFi/router, it's working fine as all my devices are working fine and browsing internet.
I reset it just in case but that didn't make a difference.
I've checked origins and Sims are set to online mode.
I added Sims 4 and origins to my AVG antivirus so it won't block it.
I have run origins and Sims 4 as administrator.
I've cleared catche in documents>electronic arts>Sims 4
I've tried everything except clearing DNS as it's not working as the step by step guide is telling me.
Any suggestions or help would be great.
Thanks
