@SoyokoAnis Windows is fully updated as are the drivers. Along with checking drivers for my router through my internet company as well. As of right now I have fully uninstalled again and am going to test with just the base game to see if the gallery will come up. The next try is going to be using an old computer I have to rule out if it's this computer set up(Which is more than capable of running the sims) or not.
Hello, I have been trying to connect to the gallery for a few days with no luck, please pay attention to the steps I've done with the research I've done to solve it, because I don't want anyone to tell me to repeat steps that didn't work at all. And YES I've read the troubleshooting guide.

- I've started the game fresh by moving the sims folder from my documents to the desktop: Didn't work.
- I've deleted the cache files from origin, all 3 origin folders from Program Files (x86) and from AppData\local and AppData\roaming. Didn't work either.
- I've allowed all connections for Origin and The Sims 4 exe in my Firewall as well as I've put exceptions for the game's exe and origin's exe in my Antivirus. Didn't work.
- YES my origin is ONLINE and NO it's not an underage account. Going offline and online doesn't fix the issue either.
- No, the gallery is not going through maintenance and my friends are able to connect to it.
- No, I'm not running anything in compatibility mode.
- Yes, I deleted my Sims cache. Didn't work.
- Yes, I opened ports. Didn't work.
- No, the tray folder is not the cause.
- CCleaner doesn't fix it either.
- I am not a Mac owner, I use Windows on its latest version, yes, all my drivers are up to date and YES my computer goes over the game's requirements.
- My mods are not the cause either, already proved it.
- The suggestions by SimQARobo didn't work either.
- Yes I reinstalled origin, the game too and also repaired it. Didn't work.
- Yes, the online connection is enabled in the game's settings.
- Yes, I flushed my DNS

Ping's more than fine and changing the connection to another one doesn't work either.
