Hello, I am looking for a solution to this issue. I have update my origin=, confirmed my internet is good, and uninstalled the game. Is there something else thta I can try because I would like to look at my items on my online account and cannot with this issue.
Could you try all the suggestions on the first page.

@crinrictOkay, but like I said before it's not a connection problem with the internet, it's a connection problem with the in-game Gallery. Also sorry for the late reply, been busy with real life things.

Is it just me or does the Gallery not update in real-time anymore? These past couple of days when I try to save things from the gallery to the library and upload from my library to the gallery it doesn't always appear that I've added a gallery item to the library or uploaded a library item to my gallery until I tab to diff gallery screens while also opening/closing the gallery constantly? This seems to lead to a lot of misplaced information about incorrect download numbers, the lack of any packs used appearing on some gallery uploads (not mine but on others), or unintended duplicates of uploaded gallery stuff? Maybe I think there's some connection issues with the gallery that need looking into?
