@ClopezA23 Have you tried to repair your game with Origin?

@stjmk  Yes, multiple  times, before i uninstalled the game, and after a re installed  it too

    @ClopezA23 Have you tried moving the TS4 folder out of the EA folder, which will force the game to create a new one?

    You probably want to back up your old saves beforehand just in case.

      @stjmk  yep, still same thing, can't connect to the gallery
