[ARCHIVED] Gallery Connection Troubleshooting/ Status: Online

I don't have a mac or antivirus. Gallery/library has never worked. THe only way to download new houses, etc is to download them like custom content and then install them manually by hand. I really hate sims 4 and am having an old laptop rebuilt so I can play sims 1 and 2 again.

@ssurles55 Are you not getting a connection or are you just getting the redX issue ?

  @ssurles55 Merging your post with the main connection issue thread. Unfortunately all I have is the suggestions in the first post of this thread. If none of them help, I don't know what's wrong.

    Hi, for the first time ever I can't go online today, I click on the Gallery, which requires a connection, and I immediately get the message "Unable to go online - Some services of the Sims online are not working, try again later". I deleted my caches and my antivirus is fine with the game, and I can't find any information, here the first post says the Gallery is currently Online so I don't know what to do!
