@SoyokoAnis Windows is fully updated as are the drivers. Along with checking drivers for my router through my internet company as well. As of right now I have fully uninstalled again and am going to test with just the base game to see if the gallery will come up. The next try is going to be using an old computer I have to rule out if it's this computer set up(Which is more than capable of running the sims) or not.

@triciamushiso Did it ever work? Is your computer a pc? Are you using a Are you using a third party virus program? Are you using a third party firewall? Are you playing the leadacy version?
Recently reinstalled the game along with some new DLC after a year long absence from sims. For the past week i cannot get online in game, meanwhile origin, steam and every other app or thing that needs a connection has one, except ingame sims gallery. I have tried every suggestion i have come across and i have read 5+ year old posts over the week. When i launch and the main menu opens i click the gallery button and it says i need to connect, i click connect and it doesn't even load for a millisecond, instant no connection detected, from every post about this issue i have read none have been able to fix it.
