Are the servers down unable to after using all troubleshooting steps to access gallery in-game still says connect to the internet I am fully connected otherwise I would not be able to communicate with you.
@pixies29 I merged your post with the master thread on gallery issues. Just checked, it's working fine for me.

@crinrictHere is what I am seeing after completing all of the steps in the thread, I was able to access the gallery right before the update now I cannot I just get this screen. Yes, my anti-virus is off and all other attempts have been made to correct the problem to no avail. I am guessing I should wait for the next update to see if the problem is corrected
- @pixies29 Unfortunately the virus scanner doesn't work currently. Was that a picture in that word file ? If so, you can just upload it to your post by clicking in the image icon in the icon bar of the post
Hello! I just updated my 2015 13" MacBook Pro to Big Sur yesterday and now my game won't connect to the internet so I can access the gallery. The game starts up fine, but when the "Attempting to Connect..." box comes up and I click "Connect" it loads continuously, but won't actually do anything. Any ideas??
I've been having the same issue with my MAC desktop (MacOS BigSur) since yesterday. Cannot connect to the gallery at all but can play offline.
