Astronaught Career unable to level up despite checkmark on level

Hi there EA Team 

Unsure if this is a new bug but in a game with Astronaught career, and despite meeting the checkmark for several Sim days my Sim has not been able to progress up the career level. Is this something that can be looked at please?

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • Is that the only career you have issues with ? 
    • Did you just get the check mark or has it been there a few days ?
