Missing floor patterns
In build catalog, a lot of floor patterns are missing. I didn't notice it in other categories. I installed life and death recently, and there's only one floor pattern available from this pack. Floor patterns from other packs are also missing. I use mods, but after I disabled them, the problem still occurs. I tried repairing the game, but it didn't work. I use pc.Hybrid Occult Sims
I accidentally created a spellcaster/vampire hybrid sim. The mom is a spellcaster and dad is a mermaid and I set the lot to vampire nexus trying to get a vampire baby. The sim is now a teenager and has a mix of spellcaster and vampire traits. In CAS, she doesn't show any symbol that is clickable to edit for occult, so I can't fix things there. I'm ok with trying to play the sim as is, but I am worried about her not being stable or causing game crashes. I just aged her from child to teen, and I didn't have any issues with her in infant, toddler, or child forms. Will it probably be ok to play her as is? If not, can I remove the spellcaster occult somehow? I tried one of the cheats to do this that I found online, when she was a child, but it didn't work. Also, I'm not sure if this is typical for all vampires or if it is a hybrid glitch, but the medical devices section for the face don't display in CAS, but the hearing aides were under piercings.Sim needs a vacation after just being on vacation
my teen sim was just on vc for 4 days and than first went to a part time job, than needs a vc again after 1 hour at job? playing on pc, no mods(never had). sims 4 rent, sims 4 school, sims 4 jungle. Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title to better reflect the issue
Promotion bug I just can't fix
Hello all! Sorry if this has been previously answered, but on base game, I cannot get Bella Goth to promote at all! It used to work, as I usually play townie families over and over again, but one save she just stopped promoting. Now I can't get her to promote no matter what I try. I could just cheat it but I would prefer not to. I only use the base game and have tried deleting the Sims folder and a lot of other things. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you so much and sorry if this is like the simplest five second fix! I have no CC or mods either, so there's no interference on that level! Have a Nice Day!
Where are the update announcements?
10 Sept 2026 - On Steam today I have 'update required'? Looking for info. I'm not on Discord. Don't want to be on Discord. I'm looking for the place on EA Forums where the devs announce updates consistently. When I search 'when is the next update'. Most Relevant gave me wide results 3 months ago to 2 years. I selected Newest that didn't help either. I clicked around. No luck. Thanks!
Blue box on map overview
Hi, I've recently gotten this bug where there is this blue box. I have tried to disable mods, still there, deleted my localthumbcache file, and repaired the game. still there. this is the view I get to when I press resume game. I gont get directly into the household as I usually do. when I try to load into my household, it doesnt let me. I can press into the world I want to go to, the blue box still there, and when I try to load back into the household, I get a loadingscreen, but get right back to the map overview. so its not a mod problem, not my cache and repairing havent helped. the only thig I can think of that can be the reason, is that last time I played, I bought three things from the marketplace. The Josephine set, replay hair set and the dear diary bedroom. I cant play my save, and Im so devestated over that. Please help and thank you. (I have attached a video of the bug, I do have mods enabled again, but I know thats not the issue)Game Error
When i go in the game and customize my character and pick a world to go in and press the go Butten it just brings me back to the world option and when i go back to the lot i was at it doesn't even exist and i repaired my game in the EA app and turned mods off and it still does the same thing over and over again and i don't know how to fix this issue.
