Audition runs out of time before my Sim can complete it?

My Sim is Level 2 in the Acting career and every time he has an audition, the timer runs out before I can even get him on stage, is there a reason why this happens? I have CC and Mods but nothing tha...

That’s what happens, my Sim takes too long to do the interactions, so he’s stuck in the interactions longer than he should be.
