I recently bought Life and Death EP and my sim cannot progress in the active Reaper career because everytime they Scry for Travel to a lot to reap, the lot is has no body. I've tried different sims across comepletely different saves, but this issue persists. It's pretty much impossibe to miss a dead body because the reaper sim ONLY travels to completely empty lots. Is this normal? Help?

Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
Hello! Thank you so much for responding!! So I removed all mods (except mccc and weerebesu ui cheats mainly bc these two don't usually interfere with gameplay) and started a whole new save where my sim in reaper career travels to a lot where a "dead" body dummy (is it supposed to be a dummy or a real dead sim?) actually exists. The lot itself is also not an empty lot! Screenshot attached! So I guess it's safe to assume this is a mods issue? Although, I don't actually have any career effecting mods other than some mods that add careers (pandasama's childbirth mods which adds nursing :////)
andromeda_gxq It is never safe to assume something isn't a mod issue unless you remove ALL mods and CC. Not just most. All of them.
PC, Windows 11, EA App, tested with and without mods. Not an issue until January 14 "fix" patch. Bodies are missing, dead people are standing, unable to be reaped, both regular assignment and multiple death assignment. Frequency over the last three days has gone from one third of the time, to half of the time, to nearly every time. New neighborhood. Updated game. Repaired game. Nothing helps. All other assignments work as intended.
Displaced_Salad Does it happen in a new save if you make a whole new user folder? I'm moving you to Gameplay for now.
