@Simphobic I think all your suggestions are really good! Right now it’s way too easy.
I had a sim learning to teleport, and every time she used that spell she got more XP, so it didn’t take long for her to get to virtuoso because I set it for her to always teleport. Kind of boring actually. I just got her to learn the spell because it’s convenient, not to have her gaining tons if XP.

I actually made a bug report (though writing in the bug report that it's probably an oversight rather than a bug) about spellcasters ranks increasing way too fast when using transportalate.
