My sim had a baby at a hospital and came back with a bassinet. When I select the bassinet in build mode, it says it's heirloom eligible, but now that the baby aged up to a toddler, clicking on the bassinet does nothing (no make heirloom option). Other heirloom eligible items work as intended
Hi! I’m having the same problem. Except that I actually bought the bassinet (no baby yet) and there’s no option. It’s the new pack bassinet too.
@DarthLumiya18 Gave this a short test and it works for me when I buy one.
Does the tag appear on other items ? In the beginning it seems to take a bit for the option to appear.
Uh, maybe I haven’t waited long enough after making a will? Because I did manage to make a fireplace a heirloom, but that was in another save (so heirlooms themselves are working ok for me). Haven’t changed anything setup wise since then, so maybe I’ll play for a bit longer and double check. Thank you!
Okay, so it does work! It takes a minute, but you can make it into a heirloom. Problem is, and I don’t know if it’s by design, after a baby uses it, it resets and it’s not an heirloom anymore. So I’m not sure what the point of it is, if it is a feature and not a bug. But thank you!
