bb.moveobjects not working

When placing any clutter or misc. items on even a simple counter top or on the floor, it will say 'cant intersect with object'. This also keeps causing my kitchen cabinets to disappear. Items I place in the same way on EVERY one of my other builds cant be placed all of a sudden. The only way I have found around it, is to alt move items back to where the counter, table, etc was then move the table back. Which is extremely annoying especially when I spent time placing the table or counter in a very specific way. This issue happens when modded and unmodded. This has been a previous issue in the past (I found the archived forums). And Ive seen multiple Twitch Sims streamers with the same issue, though they dont realize its a bug and just move on. Please fix this. I just started playing again and this is making me not want to play your broken game anymore.

I do not have the most recent update like the streamers I watch do
This issue happens modded and unmodded
