They should still share it so what exactly happens when you try to put them to sleep ? There are other issues where sometimes one gets up again and you need to try a few times until it works.
God yes, sorry I didn't spot that thread when I searched through everything. They basically do the same thing, they'll sleep for a couple of in game minutes and then one or the other will get out of bed even if they're exhausted. Even after fighting them to sleep in the same bed, they still wouldn't sleep in them together.
ETA: This is persisting across builds and saves as well and I don't have any CC or Mods
