Best laptop for sims 4?
I loveee sims and am looking for a good laptop for sims for that will run smoothly, fast, won't over heat easy and good graphics with most expansion packs and good to download various mods. I really ...
@moonlightfoxx Given the laptops you listed, you have plenty of room in your budget to get exactly what you want. Are there other features that matter to you? For example, do you care about screen size or brightness, or being able to run Sims 4 at higher framerates, or batter life (which will be longer with a dimmer screen), or storing large data collections such as movies or photos? Let me know what else you'd like to see in a laptop, as well as your budget and country, and I can take a look.
As for the specific laptops you listed, at least some of them come in several different configurations. So it would be easier if you linked the product pages, and I could see exactly what you're considering.
@xJaimerTheGamerx With this person's presumed budget, they could do a lot better than an Nvidia 1050, and they probably want to as well.
@puzzlezaddict Yes I know they could do a lot better and probably should. Lol. Just that a lot of people I notice buy way high end laptops thinking The Sims 4 is some high end game when it really isn't. I played The Sims 4 on a old laptop that had no graphics card for 10 years with little problem. Although I don't think I had it on the highest settings or could? If she has the money yes she should go for a higher end laptop for sure with a better graphics card, GPU etc. I am saving up myself for a desktop for when I move out and get our own house etc. I recently bought a low budget laptop and it can also play The Sims 4, I just have to be careful with mods etc and not to put it on the highest setting possible in fear it can crap out the laptop later down the road, even if it does play it on very high graphics with no problems or delay. But by her later post it seems it would be worth her while to spend a couple grand on a laptop as it will be for good and long term use. Which you probably know more about than I do. I myself am a noob when it comes to computers. Gonna spend this next bit researching a ton before throwing a good chunk down on a desktop. Especially if I want to build it myself.
