Black Photos and error messages

Since the last update on January 13th all my pictures are black... I am also unable to delete the floor and walls in one of the high rise apartments.  Please fix this error on my games because this is not the first time my photos are black.. it's very discouraging with all these changes that are messing up my game and i starting to lose my interest in The Sims 4 game.  Thank God I have the CD disc to play without any issues or errors. PLEASE FIX THE PHOTOS ....PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU.

    okay thanks , I will send my concerns to the other form . The largest Landgraab apartment within San Myshuno City. I am trying to delete walls on the upper floor and it keeps giving me an error message.

    Can you replace the room with a room from the gallery to see if that fixes the wall issue ?

    I was able to replace the room but not able to delete the walls. I also realized the middle wall maybe be causing the problem since its in a square shape.
