Blank manage employee screen at restaurant

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My current saved game does not allow me to manage employees/hire new employees at my restaurant. The screen is blank. I have tried to buy other businesses, a vet clinic and a store, with the same household and there is no issue, but I have the same problem when I buy another restaurant, as well. Before all of this occurred, I did install a mod, which allowed me to hire more than 3 employees. It worked fine, 'till I decided to remove it. I removed the mod and all of my custom content cause I didn't want them anymore, but then it gave me the blank page. It only works if I put the mod in the folder again. I have removed all mods and custom content. I have tried moving my Sims 4 folder to my desktop. I have also tried selling and rebuying the restaurant, as well as reinstalling the game. I tried buying the restaurant with another household and nothing, nothing works.
What happens when the bug occurs? The manage employee screen is blank.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see current employees and new employees I can hire, along with the option to fire employees, etc.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Now I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not Sure
