Upgrading an item and reading a handiness book is to raise their handiness skill up the required handiness skill level 2, not to complete the taskmagpam A way to make an object to break so that your sim can repair it is to put a stereo outside in the rain. It then will break and your sim can repair it when it isn’t raining.
