Body hair, can it be turned off?
I REALLY hate the idea of townies getting random body hair. Can it be turned off, or do I have to cas.fulleditmode every single townie I meet?

You have to put body hair on your sim in CAS (and no Austin Power carpet as far as I could see). You can do that with the patch.
But for it to grow you need the expansion and you can deactivate growth in the options.
