I reloaded one of my saves and found that all "books" were gone-- including children's homework from their inventories and the bookshelves being empty. I purchased new homeworks for the children but was unable to drag and place the books from the shelf either.
is this with or without mods/cc ? What lot type are you playing on ?
Hi! It's a residential lot type, and I do use mods & cc but none of them are out of date or build/buy related. (MC Command Center, MC Woohoo, Slow Infant Needs, No Romantic Satisfaction Decay, and UI Cheats Extension.)
Please follow these steps to test your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc
- Create a backup of your save game
- Move your mods folder to the desktop
- Delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
- Test on the backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
