Bridgerton items not showing up in game.
Hi. I logged in to the event, claimed the items and got an error message, can't remember the exact wording but it was to the effect of "request can't be completed at this time". Now it's showing that...

I did login in the event every day right in time but I cannot find a Bridgerton books in my BB catalog. I filtered by "event rewards", enabled DEBUG, used search bar it's just not there. What can I do to fix it?
bearyMaggie in addition to searching by name as crinrict suggests, look in Storage>Bookshelves section in the BB catalog. Scroll down a couple rows. Or use the Event filter on the right.

I used event filtered and searched by name and opened BB Storage>Bookshelves . I think it's a bug, for some reason all other items I have in my game, but not the Bridgerton books.
Check, it's filteres by Events, but no items in bookshelves. (My game language is Russian, I tried to search by name in Russian, it didn't work.)
Maybe I need to re-start the event in my game ? How to do that ?
