Bringing Back a long dead Sim

It's me again 😅
So ... a sim I created married an NCP sim who had 5 siblings.
As I was concentrating on my couple this siblings grew up and one of them died, without me knowing (as i wasn't visiting or interacting with them).
I found out by going to their hom and finding his urn there, and now I want to bring him back but i don't know how to as there is no ghost.
Is there any cheat I can use to bring back sims that have "disappeared" (for lack of better words), as I am guessing that at some point the ghost was there but because I didn't notice, it is maybe gone forever?

Yes, it looks like your sim got culled. FYI, when a sim dies, the ghost will hang around for 90 game days. And none of the aging settings can stop that even if you turn aging off in game settings. If the strengthen the bond and summon options are not there on the urn like you show in your picture, that means the sim has been culled. The only ways to save a ghost are to have the urn and keep hitting the option to strengthen the bond when it appears or to make them a member of a played household by summoning them. Sometimes both of those options will take a few days after the sim died to appear.
