Broken Reaper Rewards Quests from week 2 - Present. Cannot Complete anything

Reaper weekly quests unplayable. Week 1 worked fine and I got all the rewards but in week 2, the quest icon stopped adding the quests to my screen and it just pops up something that is unclickable... I could not complete week 2 or week 3 due to this same issue. I have no mods, only some hairstyles from back in the day and they didn't interfere with the last daily login quests. Or with week 1. But My fam is on sulani and every day this stupid welcome food party event pops up and that happened while I was doing the reaper quest and since then the reaper hasn't worked. I have seen others having problems in week two also and wondered if their game resolved yet. I have all EPs, SPs and GPs installed and a couple of the kits. I have tried to repair the game but it did not fix. I have also tried changing households but it didn't fix this broken quest either.
