Bubble tea counter doesn’t work

For a few months I’ve noticed that my bubble tea counters at any bubble tea locations i have in my sims world doesn’t work. I can’t interact at all or hire anyone to work for it. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

NOT SOLVED - this issue is still ongoing MONTHS later..
