[Bug] Random Townies Keep Entering My Sulani Home Without Knocking

I've noticed a recurring issue when playing in Sulani—random townies keep walking straight into my private residential home without knocking or being invited in. This happens regardless of the time of day or household I'm playing.

These Sims will often:
Be total strangers to the household
Walk directly to the kitchen sink, use it, then wander through the home
Continue out the back to jump off the dock into the ocean
Sometimes even help themselves to food or sit on the couch before leaving

I've checked and confirmed the lot type is set to Residential, not a rental or public venue.

What I've Tried:
Changed lot traits (no effect)
Locked doors (they often still appear inside the house)
Played without any Mods/CC
Changed household, reloaded save, restarted game
Removed all dive buoys and nearby events
Tested with different households on various Sulani lots

Anyone else experiencing this issue in Sulani? Would love to hear if it’s isolated to water lots or specific to that world.
