Bug the Sims are stuck in the same animation, the game doesn't pause

Since the last update the Sims have been crashing in the same interaction, the game does not pause and when I try to save it stays in infinite saving, I have already updated the mods, repaired the ga...

Having a somewhat similar issue, specifically triggered after I save the game once. The only work around I've found so far was to delete that household and lot. Is it possible for you to enter a household and then switch to another household via manage worlds? That's how I was able to figure out it was that specific household causing issues.
