Cannot place lot from Library
Hi, So I've been trying to place a build into my world from my library, but every single time I select "Place Lot," nothing happens. No loading screen, nothing. I've sorted through my mods, repaired the game through the EA launcher, repaired the EA launcher itself- nothing. I tried placing the build from the map, but the screen freezes. This build is 4MB, so I'm wondering if the size is the problem.
Game Unplayable
Ever since the latest game patch came out I am unable to even play my game, I can never get past the main menu. I have repaired the game several times, I updated all my mods I could and deleted the ones that havent been updated yet. But everytime I try to load the game, I get to the main menu and it glitches. Like it'll show the main menu, then the screen will go black, and it wont let me click anything on the screen. Then I end up having to bring up the task manager on my computer and close the game that way. I am not sure what to do anymore. Update: so removed my saved files and tried to start from scratch and I thought everything was working. I was able to create my sims no problem. Then I chose the season, the world, the lot. And now its just switching from the world's window to chestnut ridge but it wont actually let me play my sims.
objects not placing and deleting
so when i load into my game, for the first few minutes(idk how long exactly) i can place stuff normally, but after some time it breaks and the objects stop placing, i can’t delete items unless i go from the hammer tool to design tool(for example) and then back to hammer. and the floors started being buggy as well. when i want to change the floor, it starts like placing without me having to hold anything(i hope i’m making sense) and when i click onto the select thing(next to eyedropper) it deletes itself and the floor stays the same like before. and sometimes the floor places but on like few block and then it starts placing on its own and doesn’t actually place. at first i thought it was one of my save files problem(cuz it’s pretty old) but i started a new one to test it, and it’s happening also. only way to fix it(temporally) is to turn off and turn the game back on. but after a while it goes back to being buggy again. please, does anyone have a way to fix it?? and i have already tried repairing the game, but jt didn’t work and yes i do play with mods, but they all should be updated so i don’t think it’s their fault(might be, idk)
Save files will not load, error 104:eefd972d
While I do play with CC and a few select mods, I do not plan on removing them yet because this issue has also occurred in players who have never used mods or CC. This is clearly not just a mod issue, so I don't see the point. My game has worked perfectly fine after the last update, until today. When I opened it, my saves would not launch, and I received a message saying I should relaunch the game. I did, and it didn't help. I'll attach the message below. Cannot save game or click on any sim or items.
I have updated all my mods. My game is not throwing anymore errors so cannot post last exception there is none. It seems to randomly happen. I try to save or pause and the game just does nothing. Sims are stuck in place cannot un pause If I wanted too. Cannot save. Cannot travel Sims still making noises but just stand there. No time passes so I guess that is good. Any Idea's as to if I missed a mod that is doing this or is game working as instead?Last Exception Help
Hello hello, i keep getting a last exception error and not even the reader gave me any info :p PlumbBuddy says everything's fine (except for the LE file), and so my blond self is clueless on what's going on. Realm of Magic
Is anyone else having trouble with this pack? I can not level up and also, when I went to Caster's Alley the stores would not open. Even though it was time for them to open. Is anyone else having these problems? How do I fix it? I am trying to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if that helps. I also don't have any mods that require Realm Of Magic.
