Build Shows up in World but not Live

Hi all. So I recently made some great progress in my game, which included moving my sims in together and starting a house for them. I had issues trying to save this game earlier, I don't quite recall what the error was. However, it must have saved something because I came back to a new save file that is up to date. All of my sims are in the correct household, and on the lot I moved them into. In World Manage mode, the building is shown on the lot exactly as I left it. However, whenever I try to enter build/buy or live on said lot, there is nothing. Is there any way to fix this or recover my build? I can't try to recover the save as it was saved under a new file. I was using an outdated version of MCCC and WW that may have caused some issues. I have tried updating them and turning off my mods, to no avail. I can provide data if needed. Thanks all!!

    I tried the manual backup, but I think unfortunately this file is just corrupted. I do have a previous version that is stable, but goes back quite awhile. I'll go ahead and sulk back to that one lol. I seem to have learned my lesson about risking outdated mods. Thank you Crin, I appreciate the help!!
