Builds Won't Save in Library or Upload to Gallery

So I completely uninstalled everything and did a reinstall - took 5 hours to do. Go back and, lo and behold, the problem is still occurring. I still can not save anything to my Library or upload to the Gallery. 

This is beginning to get very annoying and frustrating. 

Recap:

- Last build I was able to upload was a room on 4/4/2020

- If I go to save into the Library I do et the notification that it did so AND I can click that notification into the listing. However, if you click through the Gallery icon into the Library, it is not there. 

- If I upload it to the Gallery from the aforementioned listing and then try to search it by it's item name or hashtags it does not appear. 

- If I go into my Profile page on the Gallery on of the builds I am attempting to upload seems "stuck" on that page - as in that is the only place it appears, and if I try to remove it from there (as in delete), and then refresh and go back to that page it just goes back to the way it was. 

Steps I've taken to rectify this situation so far:

- Removed any and all mods I had (which was not much, like a dozen or so commonly used ones)

- Did a completely uninstall of Sims 4 and all Packs

- Did a complete reinstall of Sims 4 and all Packs over 5 hours, not using the computer at all during this time, and not adding in any mods after reinstall. 

So, any other ideas? Can I add that all of this coincidently coincided with someone accusing me of "stealing a build" because the initial build I was uploading was a shell challenge, which I guess they oppose? After that my listing disappear, not of my own doing, and I haven't been able to upload since. However, in another part of the forum, someone else said it couldn't possibly be related, I'm inclined to think otherwise. 

Thoughts? Ideas? HELP!

Yes, I've tried to upload 2 more since then, the one I uploaded that seemed to trigger this issue was one titled "Architectural Dream" and was a shell challenge build for jessemcnamarax and I attempted to upload that on the 6th I think. That build seemed to have been removed after someone claimed I stole the build because it was a shell challenge. At that point, I was in the middle of having my email corrected with EA on my origin account, so even if they had tried to contact me for anything in relation to my account, they couldn't have, as the email listed was incorrect. That problem wasn't rectified until the 7th.

If you go to my Profile page in the Gallery right now you will see a listing with a Large 'X' instead of the actual picture, That is where that build was showing until just this AM. So again, something has changed in just the last 16hrs. 

At this point I have no mods, Just Base Game and the purchased content. I have continued to build and play, because I am able to, the only thing I am unable to do is anything related to the Library and the Gallery. 

They determined it was not my account, took me through a hard uninstall of Origin and a repair of the game and still nothing works.

Supposedly they sent more stuff to me through email, but nothing has come.

I went through 3 different people on the chat. I know it is "just a game and I need to calm down," as one of them kindly put it even though I was just, for the third time, having to tell someone what was wrong and give them my info and verify my account. I was calm. Not calm is was Comcast and AT&T got earlier today. 

It had been a week with this issue. 

Now I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, have no mods, have done a hard uninstall of Origin, repaired them game (supposedly), and nothing.

So....anymore ideas?
