    The Sims 4 tutorial was intentionally removed, and players can expect new and exciting introductions to our game that we’re working through now.

Hi!

Long time ago, I have same problem too. I haven't Tutorial in my game. 

I really miss to Alex and the tutorial house... 

Please, let EA games team know!

I hope they solve soon!
