Can’t place lot from library

noitskelly​ Hi!  Thanks for sharing the lot.  I DLed it and had the same problem.  There was no error when placing from the map view but I did get a system error when placing it in Build mode.  I tried several different things; changed the lot type to Small Business Venue, disabled all packs, furnished and unfurnished.  It just kept giving me the error and the lot was empty, just as you described.  EDIT: By the way, did you try saving the original lot again after removing mods?  If not, please try that.  With mods out and after a repair, go to the save where you built the lot and save it again.  Then try placing it in a mod-free save. Note: Don't save the game itself with mods out, to avoid making undesired changes.

I did some research and found another post in which the user said they were having this issue.  They were able to delete some items from the lot and when they saved it again, they were able to place it.  I wonder if you could try this in the save where you built this lot; remove some items and save it again. 

Another post mentioned the issue of using photos and a specific frame from the Life and Death pack...

If you used this or any other photos on the lot, try removing them as well.  Unfortunately, I don't know what else might have caused the problem.  Maybe there are other users who have tips for you.
