Can’t save, game freezes, impossible to play
Game freezes randomly, can’t switch between household members, they do play on their own, but I can’t click on anything, I can’t give them tasks, try to save, the game just freezes and won’t save!

@ShadyMnfared Can you move another family to the lot and have the same issue ? In that case it would simply be the lot. There's some issues currently going on with existing lots.
Okay, that makes sense, it is an existing lot, I only changed the interior,
I’ve already tried another household with that same lot (not my one with the changed interior though) and it worked fine!
should I try another household with the same lot (changed interior)?!
or should I just simply wait for another update for them to fix the issues?! Is it gonna be fixed at all?! 😕

I don’t have any CCs though, can it be a game object?! 🤯I checked the last exceptions, turns out it was an old mod that was hidden deep within my mod folder!!! Very strange, but I think that fixed it, I deleted the files and so far no crashes! Thanks everyone! 🙏

- @ShadyMnfared There are issues with certain builds. Unfortunately it's tedious to find what's causing it.
Since you can enter in build mode, could you add the lot to the gallery ? Add a warning that it's broken and shouldn't be downloaded. Will do!
I think I might know what the Last exception I got means:
The error contains “is sim” “nonetype” interaction error
the game is trying to interact with a sim that doesn’t exist in the context of the game,
it makes sence as this is one of the existing lots and I evicted the household so I could move in my own household.
I think I just need to move my sims to some other house! 😭- @ShadyMnfared Did you upload it to the gallery ? What's the name ? Like to try it out.

@ShadyMnfared Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your postDoes it still crash or what issues are you still seeing after all the troubleshooting you did ?

it's still crashes, it doesn't crash with another household in that same save, it's literally only that same household and that same lot.
- @ShadyMnfared Do you just have a graphics chip or also a graphics card ? Seems there's only the basic drivers installed and it doesn't show if you have a card as well.
If you have a card, try reinstalling your graphics drivers. Yes, I have a graphic card,
I already clean installed the drivers.
- @ShadyMnfared Since posting your DxDiag ? These show some generic MS drivers.
What kind of card do you have ?
If you did after posting, could you repost the DxDiag ? I did it before, but for some reason it was not picked up, I've attached the new DxDiag,

- @ShadyMnfared Let me know if updating the drivers did anything. If not, you might need to do a clean install of your drivers (i'll walk you through that, just let me know if it helped at all)
