Can’t upload snowboarding video?

I am trying to upload a snowboarding video on the computer (captured from being level 10 in the snowboarding skill) however it isn’t working.  The interaction completes, but there’s no confirmation of the upload and the video stays in my inventory.  Is this seriously ANOTHER bug with this game?  At this point EA should just be giving everyone refunds.
