Can’t decorate wedding cake.

Trying to have my sims bake a wedding cake but every time after it’s baked they can’t put on the frosting, it’s left as a bare layered cake. The counters have space and haven’t been moved using bb.moveobjects so it’s not in an area they can’t reach.
