@shadyshadyyyy Sims 4 DLC is not eligible for automatic refunds, which is why you're not seeing the option. An EA customer support rep will sometimes grant a manual refund, but that's typically in the case of double or mistaken purchases or when someone's computer can't use the DLC in question. Not liking the content doesn't qualify as sufficient reason for support to issue a refund.
There's no harm in asking, of course. The most that can happen is you'll waste some of your time.
