Can I transfer my ps4 The Sims 4 progress, to my PC? .. I use to play sims on my PlayStation but since I moved i lost my ps4 in the process.. Therefore i was wondering if i could use my PlayStation sign in or EA games sign in, to get my sims 4 on my PC.

unfortunately, this is not possible. Different platforms mean different game.
You would need to re-buy the game for PC.
it's like $900 to repurchase, no way i can do that.
