Can not change Onsen Lot Type

I have seen several youtube-ers/gamechangers mentioning this issue but I can't find it on this site, and they haven't got an answer jet.

The Onsen Lot on Yukimatsu Mountain is set to Onsen only. This is something that the Sims has not done before and I would like to know if they're going to change it or if it's fixed on Onsen for ever.

The Onsen bathouse is a special LOT just like the Laboratory in Strangerville. You can not change lot type for these as it would break the game.
