- I'm curious too, I have no Idea how old this question is, it could be recent it could be old, I'm curious as to whether or not NPCs can get pregnant on their own with Whicked Whims. They do it alone but I'm curious to know if NPCs can get pregnant on their own if they have intercourse on their own

Yes. I have seen a Sim NPC be Pregnant.

I'm now closing this thread since it's from 2017 and a lot of things have changed since then. It's always good to check the date of the previous response to see if the conversation is up to date or it was specific to something from few years ago.
