Can someone tell me why my sims skin looks weird?

@milanlaia I think @jpkarlsen is right... This kind of stuff is usually caused by custom content. I'd take out all the CC you have that affects skin tones because this was a known CC bug from the recent update. If you're unsure which CC is the problem use the 50/50 method and test it in batches.
