Can we get a new world with empty lots
It would be really nice to be able to add additional venues, homes, parks, exc. I would like to have a new world with empty lots that I can put in anything that I want.

You can always bulldoze lots that you don't want and replace them with something else.
I doubt they're going to release another empty world.
- @Coley666 I hate the lot limitation in the Sims 4, in City Living where am I going to put the 4 community lots unless they open up the festival lots to editable and change them to a neighborhood action plan which would make a lot more since at least in the City Living World. The festival would temporarily take over whatever community lot that is there when it wins the vote. At least this way we will know the festivals will cleanup after because they are temporarily replacing a editable lot.
