Can you buy TS4 in a country that doesn't have cash cards without a credit card?

There's pre-paid credit cards that can be used to buy anything that accepts credit card as a payment method. So this means you don't need to have bank accounts or something that serious, as you will be able to use only the money that already is the credit card and nothing more. Every country has it's own ways of handling how credit cards can be used, so search about then carefully. (I personally use those pre paid credit cards that you can put more money in it with other payment methods, but again, this depends on the country and even how Origin in your contry processess payments)
