can you free place walls?

Hi,

I am using The Sims 4 as a simple building Sim at the moment, so have activated money cheats, object cheats etc.

However, is there a way or a cheat code that allows you to free place walls (ie. so walls do not snap to the grid). I know how to free place objects but can't seem to do it with walls yet.

I am playing on Xbox One.
